When recycling electronics he has promised to fine ANYONE who exports. He established new guidelines for these items and it has already been adopted. This is BEFORE he's even been inaugurated. It was recieved so well by the EPA. Supposedly you need to go to the EPA website and type in OBAMA.ELECTRONIC and it should ask you for your zip code. If no luck call your local recycle place and they'll have the info.Some cities are already set up for curbside pick up. Obama changed that.
