What will life be like in nyc in 100 years? What are some potential climate changes that could change the way we live?
Im thinking maybe the water levels will rise!! part of nyc may go under water!!! What are your ideas?
In 100 years, part of NYC may be underwater (1-2 meters of sea level rise is possible). It will also be much warmer and potentially more severe storms.

If you will check up on it, you will find out that global warming is not happening any more. The temps globally are dropping slightly and global warming is over with. Now we are cooling. Do you not see most of the US is under yards of snow right now?
Global warming was a phenomanon from mid 70′s to about year 2000. the last decade or so it has stopped and is very slowly reversing. this is according to scientists. I read it somewhere on the internet as well as saw an enviromental show about it on tv.
i dont have any references, just remembering what i heard.
It will be poor, dirty and full of crime… if liberals keep running the place. If they come to their senses… it will be about the same as it is now.
In a hundred years, the water may rise a foot. It is as likely that it will be significantly colder. It could even be catastrophically colder but most likely it will be similar to today. We can only hope that it will be a couple of degrees warmer and we get that foot or two of sea level rise.
hopefully the city will be underneath ocean levels and hopefully it will happen in a 10 hour period…
Not a big loss in my book as long as the millions of residents don’t try and flee to my home state(don’t really like the city and don’t really like the people)..
You don’t know, I don’t know, and no one knows…
It could be the coldest year on record or the warmest…
end of story!
