What have you done or want to do to save the global environment?

   You could get everybody collecting plastic bottle caps.
   A charity can weigh these in and you can help them raise money for wheelchairs for local children maybe?

   last year i saved 4 skip loads of soil, 2 sofa’s,a mattress and some wooden flooring from going to landfill.
   Free-cycle on the internet is brill for 2nd hang, perfectly good items that would otherwise of gone to the tip.

   I also helped someone furnish a flat for very little money,
   i make my own compost and grow wonderful veg.
   I have cut my shopping down by only going once a month therefor saving petrol emissions.
   my shredded paper goes to a local factory and they use it for packaging.
   Collect old mobile phones and then go on line and get someone to buy them. The money that is raised could go towards something that wouldenvironmentallyly benefit the school or thneighborhoodd.
