  1. I know everything..
    The "Green Houses" will be under the ground and that will make to the house to be warm in winter and cool in summer. People will work in their homes. Every family will have a playground where they will plant vegetables.

    If you want more details answer my questions and I will tell you more!
    Good Luck!!=)

  2. Not a lot … but this site has a lot on Green buildings

  3. It has green paint or siding.

  4. Let me start off by saying we (Agua-Luna) are a non-profit organization that live, promote & teach 100% “off grid” living & complete self sufficiency”. To give you an idea of this, we typically don’t leave the Ranch but once or twice a year. Our Carbon footprint is 0%. I believe this is the first step anyone can make to “help the environment”. Once you convert your own life style to a greener more eco friendly route, you can start helping others.

    All of the buildings including the homes on The Ranch are made out of natural material collected right off The Ranch (rock, cordwood, adobe, etc) or reclaimed/recycled lumber. Solar chimneys, solar AC, solar heating, solar water heating (pool & home), solar stoves, solar power, wind power, hydrogen powered back up generators, hydrogen back up water heaters, hydrogen stoves, hydrogen powered cars, EVs (electric vehicles), cars that run on Ethanol and/or Biodiesel, satellite internet, hydroponics, etc, etc etc.

    There are no utility lines, no water lines, no roads, tvs, cell service, etc. on our ranch. EVERYTHING needed is produced here. Water is caught & storage from the rainBecause of this we have no bills, no debt & no mortgage.

    Anyone interested can check it out some pics & read more at..

    Our home & all of the homes on The Ranch have all the comforts of a modern home plus some (solar powered hot tubes, etc). We live very comfortable without affecting the environment. Just saying that to let you know it’s possible. You may not want to go as extreme as we have & teach but anywhere in between is something.

    You can even make the above projects on site with simple parts from the local hardware stores or auto stores or junk yards. For more info check out some guides I wrote / compiled on how to DIY www agua-luna com

    Again these projects can be accomplished anywhere by anyone.

    If you’d like help in making your self sufficient steps, feel free to contact me directly. I’ve written several how-to DIY guides available at www agua-luna com on the subject. I also offer online & on-site workshops, seminars & internships to help others “help the environment”.

    Hope this helped, feel free to contact me personally if you have any questions if you’d like assistance in making your first self sufficient steps, I’m willing to walk you step by step threw the process.
