Global warming is a con game for economic and political power by a group of politicians around the world. It has not happened, will not happen and cannot happen and anybody with even an average high school education should know better or our schools are in worse shape than I thought they were. The sea level rise happened 11,000 years ago when the ice age ended and the mile high glaciers melted. Global warming or climate change as they now call it is on about the same level of truth as the Nigerian email scam or those emails supposedly from your bank wanting you to reenter your security information so they can clean you out. So be careful if you accept the AGW scam you are prime meat for any of the rash of identity theft email scams out there.

Here’s my little theory:
1. The Earth with work to regulate itself in the form of some sort of pandemic (bird flu, AIDS, etc)
2. Sea levels will rise dramatically
3. Food and water will become even more fought over commodities as the population continues to increase.
4. Finally, in the end, we’ll be shoved into another Ice Age as Earth tries to regulate the climate

The first effect we are already feeling is media scare mongering, high fuel prices, increased tax, more scientific funding, more money to big business and bankers, and fighting over who right and wrong.
The IPCC make projections based on un-calibrated, un-verified models based on an un-proven theory and lots of assumptions and state the results are "very likely", so I wouldnt pay to much attention to thier projections. Infact the IPCC reports states they are not predictions of the future and should not be used as such. If the IPCC say we shouldnt listen to their projections we should instead look at what we know of previous times that were much warmer than today
Based on the historical evidence from previous warm periods in our recent history I imagine calmer climes (vineyards in northern england), less large scale flooding, nuisance and flash flooding from storms, more fertile crops, increased areas of land for agirculture, reduced hurricane frequency, changes to rianfall patterns and changes to the path of the monsoon belt, recduced deaths due to cold weather, a very small increase in sea level (only mm’s), less malaria (most maleria occurs near the poles where its cold as mosquitos prefer cold weather). Some areas will even cool due to changes in the predominant wind direction. Areas of desert may become fertile again, fertiles lands may become desert again due to changes in ocean currents and the trade winds.
Egypt used to be lush and fertile during previous warm periods (hence why the Egyptions did so well).
The coral reefs wont die due to acidification of the sea, the polar bears will be fine, so will the penguins (as previous warm periods didnt wipe them out, infact polar bears may prefer warm weather, I do). The north and south poles wont melt as they are far to cold for a couple degrees to matter, and they may even expand due to increase snowfall.
Life will be good, and we will barely notice much difference just as long as co2 doesnt exceed 1000ppm and suffocate us all!
