Should the United States government require citizens and private industry to further “green up” or else?
According to the National Geographic article "After Oil; Powering the
Future", sweeping change in energy conservation won’t happen until our government mandates it. Some mandates exist at federal and state levels but most are minimal and many are meant to appease environmentalist without interfering with "dirty energy" profits. Should the United States government require citizens and private industry to further "green up" or else?
