Do you think that ethanol is a good alternative fuel source?
I already know the answer to this question, but would like to see what the general public thinks without the information I know providing any bit of bias.

What are the pros and cons of algae being an alternative fuel? Please elaborate if possible.?
I kno That they can eat human and animal waste. They also eat carbon dioxide and can grow very fast and produce alot of oil. Does any one know more about this algae?

im glad that at least a few of you said algae because in my opinion, it is the perfect fuel. many people dont know this, but a single batch of algae can be used to produce hydrogen, bio-diesel and ethanol!!! i know this after doing over a year of "intensive research". im bias towards this answer, so to make it fair im going to put it to vote.

Has anyone seen the news broadcast about the massive tons of Algae floating in Chinese waters, and how many volunteers are helping to remove it, for the Summer Olympics in Beijing?
I wonder if any of this could be used to develop alternative fuels in addition to ethanol-based gasoline. Some countries are already using sugar-based ethanols and corn-based fuel. Why not this Algae, there is a huge surplus of it?
Is it theoretically and chemically possible?
