then, you can even use the stuff that comes out as fertilizer/soil for your garden.

"Yesterdays’ News" kitty litter is flushable. Not all kitty litter is flushable. However, be aware that this litter doesn’t do a great job at hiding odor. You would need to take care of this every day or two. Then when you use the toilet, dont flush, clean the catbox, then flush. That way you don’t waste water.
The only other option would be to purchase lunch sacs, and dispose of the waste that way.

Buy a trashcan and lid you can leave outside for trash pickup, or empty your trashcan directly into a dumpster. Don’t line it with plastic. You’ll have to rinse it out every time, but you’ll be keeping a lot of plastic out of the landfill. You can switch to paper bags for your cat’s business. It doesn’t hold the smell as good as plastic, but it’s greener. Or teach your cat to go in the toilet! http://www.karawynn.net/mishacat/toilet.html

put your cats "poo" outside, in the flowers, or bury it. don’t flush it down the toilet, that uses more energy and resources + water than it did to make the plastic bag!

1) Use a paper bag
