Additionally the energy is forever sustainable unlike oil which is getting harder and harder to produce. If every home in the US were equipped with solar shields, there would be enough power created to generate electricy for all homes and businesses. Currently the production of the solar cells is prohibitive, but in the near future, such energy production will be necessary. The reason solar power helps the environment is that there is nothing in its production that is harmful to the environtment. If every home in the US were equipped with solar shields, there would be enough power created to generate electricy for all homes and businesses.

Currently the production of the solar cells is prohibitive, but in the near future, such energy production will be necessary.
