How can I use my Product designing / Manufacturing skills into green/clean energy field?

I hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. I see the future in Green/Clean Energy. How can I apply my product design and manufacturing skills into the field? I’m also very good in CAD/CAM and problem solving. Also, I have strong passion in preserving the earth.
