How can i recycle things other than cans and plastic bottles?

there is a place in albany called albany recyling it recyles all kinds of metals and batteries it even pays you for it per pound.
Household waste sites run by your local county council offer recycling facilities for these types of items
you can also recycle glass, paper, & cardboard boxes (even the food ones). Also if you are a smoker why not buy butaine lighters that can be refilled. Buy new mom’s cloth diapers. Use socks with holes in them for dusting and washing the car. Use tinfoil and baggies more than once, when possible.
