Do you go green and protect the environment?
Do you recycle paper, plastic bottles, and aluminum cans? Do you reuse paper bags? Do you turn off the water when you brush your teeth? Do you take shorter showers? Do you know what food you want to get out of the refrigerator before you open it so you don’t keep the refrigerator open for a long time to save energy? We should all go green and help protect the environment.
Yes I do all of this, and much more!
I’ve put a brick in my toilet to make it low-flow. I’m a vegetarian because it uses less resources than a meat-based diet. I don’t own a car. I use a re-usable water bottle and coffee mug. I hang my clothes to dry instead of using a dryer.
There are so many small things that people can do to make a big difference!

Shoot, that’s just what I do when I’m getting ready for work. I could hardly call myself green if that were all I did.
Yeah I go green, but not completely, my towns pretty much a hippy town

Of course. Among other things I have also started water conservation at home. These are some of the things that i follow:
* Take shorter showers
* Turn off faucets while brushing your teeth
* Fix leaky faucets and sprinklers
* Install smart sprinkler controllers
* Re use grey water
* Plan water wise gardens
- Make sure you use recyclable bags: paper and plastic are both bad
- Conserve water
- Use environmental products

I agree with you so much! I try my hardest to protect the environment. My family and I have almost no garbage to throw out…all of it is recyclable. Every bit makes a difference
