Only locally&temporary, not globally&permanent. In minnsesota and wisconsin, water is usually abundant. The population of those states would have to rise significantly before serious conservation would be required on a regular basis, they do some minor conservation things during the rare drought(no car washes, no watering your lawn, etc)
Water is renewable, but some places it renews faster than others. California, obviously, has lots of people and not much water, so much be in permanent conservation mode.
Conservation is defined as wise use. You are asking for a reasonable argument in favor of foolish use of water. I suspect that the answer to your question is "No".
Allways, the reason there is global warming is becouse of people like that, becouse when yo utell them yo ucare about the planet, that you preserve water and other recources and that you maybe don’t eat meat you’d be laughed at, that is the problem, the minds ofthe people
